The 3.2L S54 inline-six the same engine that powered the legendary E46 M3 delivers 338 hp through a ZF 6-speed short-throw manual and a limited-slip rear differential. The M Coupe components include dynamic stability control system, traction control, rear anti-roll-bar mounting points, front control arms, and vented and cross-drilled and vented discs w rotors clamped by single-piston calipers, and a tire-pressure monitor. Suspension components were sourced directly from the E46 M3; the entire braking system came from the E46 M3 CSL. M stabilizer bars, and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires round out the chassis.
This rare vehicle has the Premium package, which includes xenon HID headlights, leather sport seats and a 10-speaker audio system with a CD/MP3 player, auto-dimming mirrors, power seats with driver memory, BMW Assist, Bluetooth connectivity and cruise control. Additional options on this M coupe include heated seats, wood interior trim, higher-grade interior Nappa leather, and a BMW car cover. The cockpit features bolstered sport seats, a 3-spoke M edition steering wheel and a Motorsport-spec tachometer with a variable redline that settles at 8,000 rpm when the oil is fully warmed up.
