This 2006 BMW Z4 M Coupe is said to have been a press car that spent time in multiple states prior to being acquired by the selling dealer in 2022, and now has 28k miles. It is powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission and is finished in Imola Red over matching leather upholstery. The car is equipped with 18″ Style 224M alloy wheels, a limited-slip differential, xenon headlights, heated power-adjustable seats, a CD stereo, driver-seat position memory settings, a retractable infotainment screen, navigation, cruise control, wood trim, and automatic climate control. This Z4 M Coupe is now offered in Massachusetts by the selling dealer with a Carfax report and a clean Texas title.
Just 1,815 Z4 M Coupes were produced for the North American market between 2006 and 2008, and this example is finished in Imola Red (405). Details include xenon headlights with concealed washers as well as rain-sensing windshield wipers, M badging, quad-exit exhaust outlets, and a Sirius module mounted on the rear hatch. A September 2013 entry of the Carfax report lists damage to the left-front and right-rear portions of the car. No further information is provided.
The 18″ Style 224M alloy wheels are mounted with 225/45 front and 255/40 rear Continental ExtremeContact tires showing 2008 and 2009 date codes. Braking is handled by cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner.
The cabin features Imola Red leather upholstery covering the heated power-adjustable sport seats along with the door panel inserts. Wood trim accents the interior, and additional appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, a retractable infotainment screen, driver-seat position memory settings, and a CD stereo.
The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a 190-mph speedometer and a 9k-rpm tachometer as well as gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 28k miles, approximately 200 of which were added during current ownership.
The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six features individual throttle bodies and double-VANOS variable valve timing. Output was rated at 330 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque when new. An oil change was performed in 2022 and the battery was reportedly replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are presented in the gallery below.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned September 2013 accident and lists history in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Tennessee.
