This is the very rare (only 1815 made for the US market) Z4 M Coupe. This is an excellent low-mileage example of what some automotive writers have called the last of the enthusiast M cars, and only one of 14 produced in this color combination. The Z4 M has the superlative S54 engine - the last of the naturally aspirated inline 6 engines to make it into an M car - and hydraulic steering. Without all of the computer assisted driver aids, and without a distracting infotainment system, this is a true driver's car and keeps you fully engaged with the driving experience. It's also a looker, with lines reminiscent of classic 60s-era GTs.I have been the exceptionally lucky caretaker of this car for a little over a year, but garage parking in the city is proving more expensive than I can continue to justify and other priorities mean that I'm regrettably going to have to let this gem go much sooner than I'd ever hoped. This example is in Silver Gray Metallic with black Extended Nappa interior and carbon leather trim. It has the premium package, but is one of the very desirable navigation delete models, with no unsightly (and now obsolete) navigation pod on the dash. This car is in excellent condition with only very minimal and normal wear to both the exterior and interior. Much less than one would expect of a 14 year old car. It has been lovingly cared for by enthusiasts its entire existance and it shows. Everything in the car works as new and any faults have been corrected by either a BMW dealership or an M car specialist. There are the expected scuffs on the bottom of the front air dam, and an infuriatingly new scuff along the right rear wheel arch where someone brushed it while pulling into a parking spot several weeks ago. The scuff follows the line of the body contouring, so is very difficult to see, but I've tried to represent it accurately in the last two photos. This car was just detailed and most recently had its 35k mile service completed, headlight bulbs replaced, and a new battery and alternator installed. All service records are included along with all manuals, the window sticker, and original keys.
