Seller Description

This 2007 BMW M Coupe is equipped with a 6-speed manual and has been driven 45k miles since it was sold new in California. The seller purchased the car earlier this year from a dealer in California, and recent services include replacing a rear axle seal, conducting a four-wheel alignment, and fitting new wiper blades. Cosmetic modifications include a window tint, painted brake calipers, and a carbon fiber applique trim added by a prior owner. All functions are said to be working, including the interior comfort features. This Z4 M Coupe is sold with clean Carfax and Autocheck reports, a second key, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

Modifications are include painted brake calipers, tinted windows, and carbon fiber accent taping on the headlamp bezels. The seller states that all of the rubber seals are in good condition, and the body panels are original with VIN stickers intact. A slight haze is present in the finish on the right front fender, but it is believed to be the original panel.

This is one of 1815 Z4M Coupes that were produced for North America over the three year production period and one of 204 North American examples finished in Imola Red. The car has recently received four-wheel alignment including camber adjustments, a brake fluid flush, and new high pressure line power steering hose as well as new wiper blades. The dealer who sold the car to the seller installed new brake pads all around.

An exterior walkaround video is attached above.

Carbon fiber trim tape was applied to some pieces of plastic trim. All interior features are said to work correctly. A small rattle is present from the pop-up navigation screen along with a crack in the housing, but no other functional issues are noted. The seller recently replaced the shift knob with a new stock M shift knob, and had a second key made at the same time.

The seller notes a loose seam on the driver’s seat, a slight bend in the aluminum door handle trim, and light wear elsewhere in the cabin.

An interior walkaround video is provided above.

Power comes from a 3.2L S54 mated to a 6-speed manual transmission, both shared with the e46 M3. In preparation for sale, the seller had the car serviced by the dealer where they purchased the car, including a general inspection and fitting a new right rear axle seal. A VIN inquiry report is included, showing services at the dealer back to new, including a new oil pan gasket in 2010 at 16k miles, a new head gasket in 2011 at 17,600 miles, new sway bar links in 2011 at 18k miles, and a new final drive unit in 2012 at 24k miles. A video of the car running can be viewed here, and a video of the car pulling away from a stop can be viewed here.

Both Carfax and Autocheck reports are included, showing no issues and a history of California ownership.
