This 2006 BMW Z4 M Coupe is finished in Sepang Bronze Metallic over Sepang Bronze Light Nappa leather and is powered by a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Just 1,815 Z4 M Coupes were produced for the North American market between 2006 and 2008, and this example is one of a reported two examples finished in Sepang Bronze Metallic (A32) over Light Sepang Bronze Extended Nappa leather ordered with carbon leather trim. Equipment includes xenon headlights with concealed washers as well as rain-sensing windshield wipers, M badging, a “shorty” antenna, and quad-exit exhaust outlets. The seller notes ceramic tint was applied to the windows and windshield. The Carfax report notes that the rear and left rear of the car sustained “minor damage” in December 2017, and a previous owner stated that paintwork had been performed on the front bumper cover.
CSL-style 19″ multi-spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Braking is handled by ventilated and cross-drilled rotors at each corner, and the Z4 M was equipped with a revised steering rack sourced from the contemporary M3 CSL.
Sepang Bronze Light Nappa leather covers the heated power-adjustable Sport seats, while carbon leather trim adorns other interior surfaces. Amenities include a weighted ZHP shift knob, a pop-up navigation screen, automatic climate control, cruise control, a hi-fi sound system, and seat-position memory settings. The headliner was reupholstered in July 2023, and spare wood interior trim is included in the sale.
The multifunction leather-wrapped M steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a 190-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 80k miles, approximately 2k of which were added during current ownership. The Carfax report notes mileage inconsistencies in December 2016 and March 2017.
The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six features individual throttle bodies and double-VANOS variable valve timing. Output was rated at 330 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque when new. Modifications include an RPI ram air induction scoop and a BMC Filters air filter. Records indicate that the VANOS solenoid gasket and engine mounts were replaced in June 2023, and the oil was changed in April 2025.
