Seller Description

This 2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe is finished in Interlagos Blue Metallic over black Nappa leather and is powered by a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes xenon headlights with washers, 18″ alloy wheels, power-adjustable heated sport seats, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a HiFi audio system with a BMW Business CD stereo. The car was sold new by BMW of San Francisco in California and was reportedly acquired from its original owner by the current seller in May 2010. Modifications performed under current ownership are said to have included removal of the clutch delay valve as well as installation of wiring for a radar detector, front bumper skid plates, RacingBrake front brake rotors, and KW V3 coilovers with aftermarket rear strut mounts. This Z4 M Coupe has 44k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, an Interlagos Blue paint repair kit, two remote keys, removed parts,  a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title.

This E86 M Coupe is one of 297 examples finished in Interlagos Blue Metallic with M badging. A red-finished Race Precision, Inc. ram air induction scoop is visible behind the driver-side kidney grille, and additional equipment includes a short antenna, xenon headlamps with concealed washers, and quad exhaust outlets. The seller reports that paint correction and dent repair were performed under current ownership.

Silver-finished 18″ Style 224 wheels are mounted with 245/40 front and 275/35 rear Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires showing 2019 and 2020 date codes, respectively. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes. RacingBrake front brake rotors were reportedly installed in 2016, and the rear rotors and front and rear pads were replaced in 2020 along with the anti-lock brake system CPU and brake fluid. KW V3 coilovers with aftermarket rear strut mounts are said to have been installed in 2020.

The cabin features power-adjustable heated sport seats upholstered in black Nappa leather and joined by brushed aluminum trim on the dashboard, center console, and doors. Additional equipment includes automatic climate control, cruise control, a BMW Business CD player, a HiFi audio system, a lighted shift knob, a Rogue Engineering clutch stop pad, and M-logo doorsill protectors. The seller notes that wiring for a radar detector wiring is concealed beneath the headliner.

The leather-wrapped M Sport steering wheel wears tri-color stitching and frames a 190-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a variable redline, and gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 44k miles, approximately 13k of which were added by the seller.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six features individual throttle bodies along with double VANOS variable valve timing and produced 330 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque when new. Replacement engine mounts were reportedly installed under current ownership, and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The seller reports that the clutch delay valve has been removed, and work performed in April 2020 included replacing the transmission and differential fluids.

Manufacturer’s literature is shown above and included in the sale along with partial service records and two remote keys. Removed parts including the antenna, shift knob, clutch stop, and suspension components will also accompany the car.

The Carfax shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in California.
